I literally do not know what to do and might just get them to delete my EA account entirely and start fresh since the game is free on steam now. they made like 30 people really happy and disappointed everyone else.

now I don't know how I'm supposed to install DLCs. Installed Origin, installed the game, ran the unlocker files and did what they said. I contacted EA support and they said they couldn't help me because it was an "internal" issue and marked my case as solved. saw these on facebook, they were gone within 5 minutes. Now I can't download a game I paid for back in 2018 bc they have this dumb system that doesn't let me open thee game on their new app or their old one. Yes it is, there is also free dlc for battlefield 4 community operations and night operations. Now when I open origin it says "the ea app is your new home for pc gaming." And will not let me download the sims through origin. Then I downloaded origin and forced end task on EA. I tried Uninstalling sims and reinstalling which didn't work. I don't have any mods I just have one pack which is city living.

I don’t personally want to pay a lot of money for all the dlcs so is there a way I can download them safely for free without bombarding her work. As a part of their rebranding, EA is switching their long time running Origin platform. EA has released an official statement regarding the new platform that they’ve been working on.
